The players will play in separate tournaments according to the SIMBA Trainers Categories System (https://simba-trainers.com/chess-categories) which they have previously received categories in online SIMBA Trainers categories tournaments or according to their FIDE rating. The organizing committee can allow some players to participate in a higher category. We will have the following tournaments: Category V, Category IV, and Categories II & III combined. Players with a FIDE rating over 1300 will be accepted directly to Category II tournament.
There will be a separate chess tournament for players under 6 years of age (Born on 1.1.2015 and later) called Young Lions Chess Tournament.
In case of not enough players in a category (less than 8 players) the organizing committee may combine categories.
