Participant’s Data:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • FIDE ID (if applicable)
  • KOA Health Card (if applicable)
  • Chess Club / Chess Academy Affiliation
Guardian’s Data:
  • Full Name
  • E-Mail Address
  • Phone Number

Photographs and Videos: During the event, photographs and videos may be taken for event-related purposes. This includes photos of the closing ceremony, the event as a whole, and individual player photographs. These images and videos may be used for event promotion, shared on our website, and posted on social media platforms as described in the “Data Usage” section below.

Financial Data: Payment information when registering and paying for the event online (Please note that your financial data is processed securely through our trusted third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not directly collect or store your financial information.)

To manage and organize the event, including pairings, scheduling, and prize distribution.

Individual player photographs may be posted on our website for registered participants to view. These player profiles can only be accessed by other participants of the event.

For the security and protection of your financial data, we utilize a secure third-party payment processing service, Stripe. Your financial information is processed directly by Stripe, and we do not store or have access to your financial data. Stripe’s privacy policy and security measures can be reviewed on their website.
